HOT ! Kruffles, our Kobasic truffles, Caramels and Clusters

This is the best variety including our smooth and creamy chocolates/truffles, which we call Kruffles, our creamy and buttery caramels and also our fruit and/or nut clusters. You can select assortments with or without spicy and with or without nuts.

Flavors we make, Assorted Box MAY include (many flavors available at Christmas, Valentines\' & Easter seasons):

Kruffles:We make 2 types of Kruffles: 1) a traditional ganache with chocolate and cream that requires refrigeration if not eaten within 3-5 days and 2) our hybrid truffle that doesn\'t require refrigeration as its cooked much hotter and has butter and sugar too. These are a blend of our milk and sweet dark chocolates.  

Ganache, chocolate & cream needs refrigeration after 3-5 days: Milk ChocolateAll White Chocolate Kruffles include: Banana, Honey Lemon Lavender, Lemon, Key Lime Pie, Spicy Coconut Lime (with Cayenne pepper), Vanilla - regulars we typically have are Lemon, Lime and Vanilla; All Sweet Darks Chocolate Kruffles (57% unless noted) include: 63% Dark Chocolate, Balsamic Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, Coffee, Honey, Lemon, Mint, Pomegranate [dairy free], Raspberry, Spicy Cinnamon Cayenne (hottest item we make), Tart Cherry [dairy free], Port Wine [dairy free]

All 17 Flavors-Assorted box MAY contain: Almond, Amaretto (no alcohol), Balsamic Vinegar (fruity & sweet), Cashew, Caramel Marshmallow (layer of vanilla caramel & layer of vanilla marshmallow), Cayenne Pepper (a little heat in back of throat), Cinnamon (not spicy), Coffee, French Vanilla (has egg cooked in, less sweet & Not chocolate covered), Irish Cream (no alcohol), Lemon, Maple Pecan, Peanut, Orange, Salted Vanilla (#1 seller), Vanilla, and Walnut

We make Milk and Sweet Dark [dairy free] chocolate fruit and nut clusters.

Nuts: Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Peanuts, Walnuts

Fruit: Apricot, Blueberry, Candied Ginger, Cherry (tart), Cranberry, Plum, Raisin

We also make White chocolate fruits and nuts during Christmas season.
