This artisan-made Christmas decoration is made of vintage Christmas trims. A ceramic sleigh transports along a flocked Santa, knee hugger elf, bottlebrush tree, glass ornaments (green teardrop, red ball, and gold and silver barrel), plastic reindeer with collar and bell, plastic snowman, cellophane candy cane, and a wrapped present.
It is 7 ¾” high, 7 ¾” long and 4 ¼” wide.
The glass ornaments have the gorgeous patina of vintage glass balls that just can’t be replicated with new ones. But along with that beauty comes age marks—scratches, spots, discoloring, paint loss and other imperfections commensurate with the number of Christmases they have seen. The other vintage pieces also have some wear and tear.
