Our most technical cross training shoe. Heavy lifting, functional fitness, cardio - the F-LITE MAX does it all. A high performance gym shoe designed to handle whatever your workout throws at you.
For weightlifting the F-LITE MAX features a rigid TPU heel stabiliser, with the wide fit of the shoes giving your toes room to splay and form a solid base for movements such as squats and deadlifts. The shoe\'s MET-CRADLE wraps around your midfoot to form a protective, stabilising support when lifting heavy or performing high intensity movements such as jumps. Under your feet, our renowned and dependable rubber grip allows you to plant your feet with confidence, while our POWERFLOW MAX midsole foam gives you the perfect balance of cushioning and rigidity.
Despite all of the technical features, you\'ll feel agile and powerful in these shoes when performing any type of exercise. The POWERFLOW MAX midsole combines with the F-LITE\'s BOOMERANG FOOTBED to provide energy return and bounce when performing high intensity cardio or plyometric exercises. GYM FOOTWEARTo maximise the life of your gym shoes, make sure you dry them fully after every workout. You should clean them periodically too, to maintain the breathability of the shoe’s upper.WASHING:For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your workout as possible. To wash your shoes:* Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.* Rinse your shoes under cold running water while brushing off any dirt (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).* For stubborn dirt, grime and odours we recommend using Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner spray to clean and refresh your shoes.DRYING:Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.
