  1. 用100°C開水,洗茶兩遍,期間快沖快出

  2. 以同樣100°C水溫,手法低沖,定點注水

  3. 首1-3泡 8-10秒出湯,其後視乎個人口味濃淡,調整浸泡時間


 


味道:熱水初泡,屬於勐海風格的甘香鮮明,茶品木質香調似森林香氣,舒適沉穩。微微陳香與回甘伴隨陣陣梅子香,中間生津感漸現,與甘香互相配合,變化出豐富層次感。飲後口腔中帶微微回甜,為經典陳年勐海茶品特色,呼應前、中 調的穩重茶味。茶韻特色:茶品滋味分明,甘香陳香穩重,茶韻具穿透力,層次感變化多,為經典勐海陳茶回甘生津鮮明的韻味。茶湯口感:茶湯口感綿稠,爽朗宜人,細膩濃醇。

深山老樹系列由普洱茶終身成就大師鄒炳良親自監製,該系列是海灣茶業2003年第一款首推古樹頭春拚配的高興價比高端產品,用料精細,經過精挑細選, 循數道傳統工藝精製而成。

鄒炳良,1939年生於雲南省祥雲縣,為中國普洱茶終身成就大師、原勐海茶廠廠長、總工程師、大益品牌創始人之一、海灣茶業創始人、中國茶文化國際交流協會顧問、中國採用渥堆方法生產普洱茶最早探索、研究、重要的實踐者。


鄒炳良是大陸國營勐海茶廠任期最久的廠長,擁有超過60年的製茶經驗,被大陸政府授予「普洱茶終身成就大師」殊榮,可謂當代普洱茶的活字典,尤其在普洱熟茶渥堆發酵技術與拼配茶品的功夫上,更無人可敵。普洱茶界人人耳熟能詳的「8582」、「7542」、「88青」等風雲茶品,都與他密切相關,如今這些茶品全都身價非凡。鄒老廠長獨立創辦海灣茶廠後,不僅堅守職人對技術與品質的高度要求,並致力於制定普洱茶的生產作業、品質控管與溯源管理的規範,還運用現代科技建立新的普洱茶防偽保真系統,無異是正本清源的中流砥柱。


 


3. 製作工藝


普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成,需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵,茶性較刺激,放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
