- 用100°C開水，洗茶兩遍，期間快沖快出
- 以同樣100°C水溫，手法低沖，定點注水
- 首1-3泡 8-10秒出湯，其後視乎個人口味濃淡，調整浸泡時間
味道：淺嚐茶湯甘香高揚鮮明，古樹氣息濃厚，滋味醇和厚重，茶湯回甘後生津感明顯，兩頰潤澤不斷，中後段花香夾帶微微甜韻，整體茶品味道變化更加完整。
茶韻特色：茶品韻味醇厚，茶湯入口泛起陣陣甜感，香氣沉和，喉韻綿長深擴，如沐甘霖，滋潤甘美。
茶湯口感：口感厚香滑，口感清甜甘潤，帶微微冰糖香，飽滿滑順。
2. 產地來源
蠻磚古茶園茶樹保留較多，不少古茶園的茶樹密度可以達到相距1-2公尺就有一株的密度。 茶區生態環境較好，許多古茶園都處於山間林下。 蠻磚茶區的茶樹沒經過矮化改造，保持喬木型特徵。 採摘還不過度，枝葉茂盛，長得很好。
3. 製作工藝
普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成，需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵，茶性較刺激，放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
