This is a tea bag type Senna that is highly effective for constipation. It is particularly useful for stubborn constipation. As a natural herbal laxative, it works gently and effectively.

Dosage & Administration

For adults (ages 15 and older), add one packet to 150-200 mL of boiling water and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Afterward, remove the tea bag and consume half to the full amount of the brewed liquid, preferably just before bed.
