Daniel Alain/Follea Hair Goods ordered ONLINE cannot be exchanged or refunded, there can be no exceptions to this policy unless the item is deemed faulty. We do operate a FREE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION service for online orders which we highly recommend in order to make the correct selection.  We will work closely with you to help select the correct style, colour, length and cap size.  In addition to this it offers the opportunity to discuss if you require any additional services such as Lace Cutting, Styling & Baby Hairs which all come free with your FOLLEA purchase from Peluka Salon.

We also offer FREE IN SALON CONSULTATIONS if you are within travelling distance, simply get in touch or book your in salon appointment via our booking information page.

Follea wigs and hair pieces are ordered in direct from the manufacturer in the United States on a per order basis. Please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive.

On occasion stock sizes are not in stock from their main warehouse in California, in this case there can be up to a 6-8 week wait.
