*All First Class packages are tracked, however ONLY PRIORITY PACKAGES ARE INSURED up to $50. Very rarely does USPS lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels. I WILL do my best to assist you in locating misdelivered items but cannot guarantee replacement unless items are shipped via Priority and insured to their full value.
