• Velvet Nail Art Steps: ​ Step 1: Paint half nail with ‘spray it to say it’. Paint the other half with ‘in the time zone’. Allow to fully dry.​ Step 2: Dip half of a square brush in ‘spray it to say it’ and the other half in ‘in the time zone’. Drag brush down middle of nail to blend the two colors.
