These fabulous extra large Swedish sheepskins in dark tones are an indulgent, versatile and distinctive statement piece, adding warmth, comfort and a touch of Scandinavian charm to any interior. 

Fleece textures vary from soft and floaty to thick and robust, with lengths between 8–14 cm for a distinctive character and feel.

These rugs have been eco-tanned without the use of chrome or bleach, preserving the lanolin-rich wool’s natural ability to resist dirt and bacteria. The result is a beautiful sheepskin that is not only sumptuous but also wonderfully low maintenance and environmentally considerate.

Product Care

To clean, take it outside and give it a good shake, then gently brush using our bamboo sheepskin brush. We recommend spot cleaning only, ensuring that the leather back does not get wet. Do not machine wash.

Origin & Sustainability

These sheepskins are sourced from farms that do not practise mulesing (a method known to cause discomfort to sheep) and are tanned using an eco tanning method which avoids chrome and bleach and preserves the natural lanolin in the wool. This helps reduce environmental impact and keeps the sheepskin soft, breathable, and dirt-resistant.

The tanning process supports lower-impact farming and traditional skills while prioritising animal welfare and reducing chemical waste.
