This vibrant vintage Peruvian kilim rug is handwoven in wool and rich with cultural symbolism. The rug features a grid of distinct geometric and figurative panels, each showcasing bold, earthy tones like terracotta, dusty pink, ochre, beige, and black. Prominent throughout the design are stylised human figures wearing feathered headdresses, flanked by abstract animal motifs and intricate tribal patterns. The composition is framed by a soft red border with fringed edges, enhancing its folk-art appeal.
