HOT ! Butterfly Bow Clip in Cream Canvas

An oversized butterfly-shaped bow, made by hand from cotton canvas fabric on a metal slide clip. Made by the team at Remnant Revolution, a female-led enterprise based in Gloucestershire with donations to Stroud Woman\'s Refuge. Built on shared values, this partnership celebrates women who are fairly paid and recognised for their craft and skills, while giving back to support local communities of women. Together, we are giving unwanted, surplus and remnant fabrics a beautiful second life - transforming them into pieces made with care, purpose and pride. Each piece is signed by the woman who made it.

Herd’s S/S Collection deepens our connection to nature and its seasonal rhythms with the introduction of hand-loomed, plant-dyed cottons from Japan and India. Dyed, spun and woven in their country of origin these fabrics sit alongside our British wool and leather which represent centuries-old textile heritage, native materials in their natural ecosystems and multi-generational skills handed down family lines. Herd’s philosophy is to replenish and nourish the soil, landscape, animals and craftspeople we work with along the way. Our fabrics, grown from the soil and processed without toxic chemicals, can return gently to the soil - a ‘soil to soil’ system by which all our products are made.

S/S25 is named the Pomona Collection, for the goddess of fruit trees, gardens, and orchards. It is inspired by a life lived outdoors in the rhythms of the seasons.

Fabric - The Bow in Cream is made of cotton and is undyed. We work with textile artisans, who abide by the principle of seed to cloth using natural and traditional methods within their appellation. The fabric is grown and made from seed to fabric in Japan.
