The Collection

Spruce up your porch, patio, or backyard with the Agora Collection. Ancient Greek for “public square,” Agora is woven with non-porous polypropylene fibers that are sturdy, waterproof, and easy to clean. As its namesake suggests, this collection was designed for hosting outdoor gatherings with ease.

The Design

Ceres’s soft and earthy looped pile evokes its namesake, the goddess of grain in Greek mythology.

The Material

Lightweight yet tough, polypropylene is a synthetic resin that’s ideal for outdoor use. Its non-porous structure is one of its best features. Not only does it help repel moisture, but it’s mildew-resistant, so it’s easy to spot clean or wash down with a hose.

The Maker

Our partner in Turkey began as a small family-owned weaving house over 50 years ago, with only two looms. Today, they’re recognized as an award-winning leader in weaving technology, even making their own yarn for their various types of textile production.

The Designer

Our in-house, all-star design team collaborates across three different countries. Based in Los Angeles, Istanbul, and Mumbai, they put a lot of thought into each and every collection they design. Starting with the weave itself, they determine material and technique, then create moodboards to capture the look and feel before starting to design. When designs are finalized, they conduct an extensive sampling process, perfecting each style and color before it goes to production.

• Clean on low power with a non-rotary vacuum or suction attachment (no spinning brush) only


• Lightly vacuum the rug once a week


• Use a high-quality rug pad to absorb shock and reduce damage


• Light shedding, matting, and signs of fiber or thread breakage may occur over time, depending on the material and weave. In high-traffic areas, these effects may appear more quickly.


• This outdoor rug can be cleaned with a hose


• As is typical with any outdoor rug, please note that prolonged sun exposure may fade rug fibers over time.


• Spot cleaning instructions:




• Do not dry clean or steam clean


• Lightly dampen a paper towel or cloth with clean water


• Gently blot the affected area with your damp towel or cloth to dilute the stain


• If the stain persists, try using an unscented, citrus-free, clear soap to avoid bleaching the textile.


• Repeat this process until the stain is removed
